Endorsement Form 107.10 when attached to a policy insuring an owner or a lender provides for the naming of an additional insured under the terms of the existing policy.

The CLTA 107.10 is used when the insured party would succeed to the interest of the original insured by operation of law, for example:

1. Heirs devisees, survivors, and personal representatives of the insured owner;
2. A successor in interest of an insured corporation by merger, dissolution or consolidation;
3. A successor owner of the indebtedness secured by an insured mortgage; or
4. A government agency or corporation insuring or guaranteeing the indebtness.
