Long Term Escrow

About Us

TitleOne’s Long Term Escrow Department provides an impartial third party to facilitate purchase contracts between buyers and sellers that are not using a traditional financial institution. We provide safekeeping of original documents and facilitate the accounting of payments for the purchase and sale of a property. We receive, disburse, and maintain records of payments according to the instructions that are agreed upon by both parties.

Frequently Asked Questions

How do I make my payment?

We have several ways you can make your payment. Learn more about your convenient payment options.

How do I update my contact information?

Email longtermescrow@titleonecorp.com and we will send you the required documents.

How is interest calculated?

Our policy is to calculate interest daily, based on a 365-day year. We multiply the principle by the interest rate and divide by 365 to get the daily rate, then we multiply that by the number of days between payments.

How do I get a payment receipt or payment coupon reminders?

We will send these out electronically via your provided email address. Paper receipts and reminder coupons are available by request only.

How will I receive my interest statement at the end of the year?

It will be mailed to the address on file by January 31st.
