Community Support
Regardless of location, a core value of our business is to contribute and provide community support in the areas we serve. Through events like our Charity Golf Classic, Charity Cornhole Tournaments and dedicated charitable organization, CommunityOne, we have raised more than two million dollars for local charities. In addition, along with our team members and family, we have volunteered thousands of hours and donated more than $2,000,000 back to our community.

With perks like receiving real-time text updates, the American Dream of buying a home is sure to be a positive one with TitleOne. We continue to lead our industry in developing dynamic property information tools and maintaining a keen eye on innovative office solutions for both our team and customers.
Commitment to Growth
In 2011, TitleOne acquired Idaho Title and Trust, one of eastern Idaho’s oldest title companies with a 100-year history in Bonneville, Butte, and Jefferson counties. After expanding into north Idaho in 2013, we added several new escrow and title jobs to the local economy when we opened a TitleOne office in Coeur d'Alene.
TitleOne continued our statewide growth after the 2014 acquisition of the Magic Valley’s largest title and escrow company, Land Title and Escrow. With offices in Twin Falls, Jerome, Gooding, Rupert, and Burley, we quickly expanded our footprint in Idaho. In 2015, we welcomed Sun Valley Title to the team before joining Title Resource Group, a division of Realogy, in 2016.
In 2020, we expanded our footprint beyond the borders of Idaho, growing into Washington and Utah. In eastern Washington, we acquired Columbia Title Company and welcomed their team of 20 to TitleOne. Established in 1889, the team had been providing service in Walla Walla, Kennewick, Dayton, and Prosser, where we continue serving today. Soon after, we opened a new office in Salt Lake City, Utah, creating new jobs for several community members and providing legendary service under the name Secured Land Title. Additionally, we acquired Payette County Title Company and Washington County Title Company, as well as opened a new title plant in Owyhee County, expanding our coverage further into western Idaho. 2021 has seen additional growth with the acquisition of Land Title of Nez Perce County in Lewiston, Idaho as well as two more new offices. TitleOne opened a new office in Rigby, Idaho as well as a second location for Secured Land Title in Ogden, Utah.
