Our Story

TitleOne Founders
|
In the Spring of 2000, a small group of entrepreneurs got together and decided to start a "different" kind of title company. They agreed on a simple concept: Become a part of the American Dream by providing innovative and superior service, hire the best professionals in the Treasure Valley (a One of a Kind Team), create a fun, friendly work environment and let the team members own the business. It worked!
TitleOne has grown to become Treasure Valley's choice for title and escrow services. Today, we service the two largest counties in Idaho offering 5 offices and more than 100 employees to service our customers.
There is a Difference at TitleOne, the moment our customer walks in the door. From a fresh Latte or Mocha to having your closing documents saved on a customized CD the American Dream experience is sure to be a positive one. Real Estate Professionals can do business with TitleOne right from their desktop. We were the first title company to offer our products and services on line and we continue to lead our industry in developing cutting edge technology.
In 2002 and 2003, we received the coveted Idaho Agent Achievement Award from one of our underwriters, as well as Company of the Year Award on a State and Local level with the Building Contractors Association. In addition, our logo has been nationally recognized in the Northwest Rockies Magazine and awarded for it's unique design.
TitleOne Delivers. The epitome of our business is to contribute to the community and be a positive role model for the children of our future. TitleOne through our community service arm, CharityOne, has raised more than $100,000 in four years for The Children's Home Society of Idaho as well as hundreds of volunteer hours and thousands of dollars to many other worthy charitable events.
