September 2011—TitleOne has acquired Idaho Title and Trust, one of eastern Idaho’s oldest title companies, bringing its legendary customer service and employee ownership business model to the eastern half of the state.  Read press release.

September 2011—TitleOne among 2011 honorees for the Better Business Bureau’s Integrity Counts Integrity Countsrecipients. The purpose is to recognize businesses in our surrounding communities for demonstrating a commitment to integrity and ethical business practices. August 2011—The 10th annual TitleOne Charity Golf Tournament was a huge success with 21 teams participating on August 31st at Spurwing Country Club.  We have proudly raised $225,000 over the last nine years and this year’s event should put us close to the $250,000 mark!

Bruce W awardJune 2011—TitleOne congratulates Bruce Wetten. Bruce was recently named Big Brothers Big Sisters of SW Idaho's 2011 Big Brother of the Year! Bruce has been matched with his little brother Michael since March of 2002 and has become a lifetime friend.

May 2011— TitleOne joins thousands of others for a great cause—the American Heart Heart WalkAssociation’s Heart Walk.  The Start! Heart Walk celebrates those who have made lifestyle changes and encourages many more to take the pledge to live healthier lifestyles while raising the dollars needed to fund life-saving research and initiatives.  TitleOne’s ‘HeartOne’ team was joined by 20 team and family members and raised over $2000!

December 2010—For title industry, 2011 could resemble 2010. Idaho Press Tribune speaks with TitleOne President, Mark Tidd regarding the 2011 outlook. “We are anticipating 2011 to look a lot like 2010,” Tidd said. “I don’t think we’ll see a lot of real estate growth, but the market seems to be stabilizing, not declining, which is a good sign.” Read entire article here.

December 2010—TitleOne receives IPHA Award. TitleOne is among four companies that have been honored with the Psychologically Healthy TitleOne receives healthy workplace awardWorkplace Award. The Psychologically Healthy Workplace Award was created to recognize organizations that understand the link between employee health and well-being and organizational performance and have implemented a variety of workplace practices in an active effort to create a positive work environment. August 2010—TitleOne Charity Golf Classic tournament surpasses the quarter-million-dollar milestone for funds raised benefiting Idaho charities. Celebrating a decade ofCharityOne check presentation legendary title and escrow service in Idaho, TitleOne announced it has surpassed the quarter-million dollar mark for funds raised over the past nine years, primarily through its annual CharityOne Golf Classic at Spurwing Country Club.  This year, 64 golfers helped raise $20,000 that will directly benefit The First Tee of Idaho and the YMCA’s Camp at Horsethief Reservoir. Since 2001, the charitable golf tournament has raised more than $235,000 bringing the company foundation’s total fund-raising efforts to $265,000.  Read entire press release here.

September 2009—TitleOne lends a hand to Habitat for Humanity Saturday Habitat for HumanitySeptember 12th.  We had a great turn out of employees showing support, providing lunch and swinging a hammer to help build a home at their newest home site locations on Maple Grove.   Everyone had a great time and learned the true meaning of ‘sweat’ equity. Formed in 1990, the Boise Habitat for Humanity has helped over 48 families become homeowners in our area.  Learn more about Habitat for Humanity here.

August 2009—TitleOne successfully held their 8th annual CharityOne golf tournament August 26th, 2009. This year's proceeds benefited the Children's Home Society of Idaho, First Tee of Idaho and Habitat for Humanity.  We had a full field of golfers and our Double Eagle sponsors included Family Eye Care Specialists, Idaho Independent Bank and US Bank.  We raised $18,000 for the year—launching our total fund-raising efforts near $220,000 over the last eight years.

June 2009—Mark Tidd, President, TitleOne Corporation; joins speaker panel at the Settlement Services Summit Conference.  Topics included understanding the Agent-Underwriter relationship and a discussion about what underwriters of all sizes can do to help agents, and how agents can maximize these benefits. This useful discussion furthers the understanding of the most recent changes in the agent-underwriter dynamic, and actions underwriters are taking to serve agents.

June 2009—TitleOne Experiences 65% Growth Despite Tight Real Estate Market. The real estate crunch is enough to put even the healthiest title company through a severe stress test. However, employee-owned TitleOne has not only passed the test but continues significant growth posting an impressive 65% revenue boost in the last quarter alone.  Read the press release.

May 2009—The Idaho Business Review has announced the 2009 recipients of the Idaho Accomplished Under 40 awards.  TitleOne is proud to congratulate team members Abby Black and Lisa Ikeda Bain as being amongst this year’s honorees. Learn more about Abby and Lisa here.

March 2009—Krysti St. John recognized by IAMB. TitleOne congratulates Krysti St. John for being named IAMB (Idaho Association of Mortgage Brokers) Affiliate of the Year. The Idaho Association of Mortgage Brokers is a nonprofit association dedicated to promoting the Mortgage Broker Industry.  They honored Krysti for her honesty, communication skills and dedication to growing the organization.
