October 2008: TitleOne participated in Ada County Association of Realtors Make-A-Difference Day by donating over 85 bags of food to support the Idaho Food Bank. The Idaho Food Bank provides food, information, and supportive services to hungry people through partnerships with nonprofit agencies, the food industry, government, volunteers, corporations, and individuals by serving as a central clearinghouse for donated and purchased food. We are proud to support this cause.

August 2007: TitleOne's CharityOne bike team rode over 275 miles at the Blue Cruise for 
Wellness bike race to benefit Big Brothers Big Sisters of Southwest Idaho. The team enjoyed the challenge of raising funds for such a worthy cause.
May 2007: TitleOne sponsors Tour of Eagle Cycling race at Eagle Fun days, June 8th. The tradition continues with community support, family fun and excitement. Read article published by Eagle Magazine, May 2007.

September 2006: Children's Home Society of Idaho Golf Tournament. TitleOne successfully hosted the 5th annual Children's Home Society of Idaho golf tournament on September 6th, 2006 at Spurwing Country Club. 25 teams participated this year—raising $35,000 for the Children's Home. A special thanks to our major sponsor Idaho Independent Bank as well as Boise Office Equipment, Thornton Oliver Keller, the J.A. and Kathryn Albertson Foundation, United General and Land America for their strong support. TitleOne has now contributed over $140,000 to the Children's Home Society of Idaho. Read press release
August 2006: TitleOne's CharityOne group proudly presented the Boise Police department and Nampa Fire department with over 100 Teddy bears and a cash donation. The police and fire departments give the bears to children during service calls where they may be scared or traumatized, helping ease them through uncomfortable situations.
